Sign up to secure your child's Recurring swim lessons!

This is a request form for booking recurring swim lessons, same day and time each week. Include the day and time you wish to select based on our calendar availability. Read through our Registration Terms & Conditions. 

​Recurring Lessons are reserved by monthly payments. A credit card must be stored on file. *Students who are absent for three (3) consecutive lessons will lose their Recurring Lesson space.*

Private Lessons: One child per sign-up form. If you are looking to sign up multiple children for recurring private lessons, please fill out a separate form for each child. 

Semi-Private Lessons: Please include both children's names, ages and attitudes/experiences with water.
