“Should I get in the water with my child?”
No. Unless your child is under 2 years of age and you are signed up for a Parent + Child lesson, parents are required to stay out of the pool during the swim lesson to help your child focus on the instructor.
“What if my child is crying?”
Let the instructor handle it. Your child needs to learn to trust their instructor and be independent from their parents in the water. Our instructors encourage effective communication in a child-progressive approach.
“Should I watch my child's lessons?”
For each child to get the most out of their lesson, we encourage parents and family to stay clear from the pool area to promote children's independence and self-confidence in the water. Parents are encouraged to comfortably relax and watch passively from the pool deck.
“Do I have to bring my own towel?”
You don’t have to. You can ask the hotel's front desk for towels. Please drop all used towels in the bin outside of the pool area.
“Can I bring the whole family to lessons?"
To avoid overcrowding the pool deck and distracting the children, only parents, siblings, and/or nannies are allowed at lessons. If you want to bring additional family members, you must contact our admin team so we can provide early communication to the hotel.
